The Group is holding a 10% equity interest of CNPC’s Haikou LNG receiving terminal in Hainan. This is a major advantage to develop our integrated business (including LNG trading, LNG direct supply and distributed energy) as it will produce regional synergies to the industry value chain. We are proactively exploring cooperation opportunities with other LNG receiving terminals.
With our growing natural gas tank truck fleet and increasingly sophisticated logistics platform, the Group is expected to enhance our bargaining power with upstream suppliers and improve our efficiency via centralized procurement and logistics planning, so as to ultimately optimize the industry value chain.
